So, this is the very first matte painting that I've ever done, and, quite honestly, I'm extremely proud of the outcome.
Little background-story: our grade traveled to Italy as some kind of graduation trip. Well, the bus drove through Switzerland, and that's where I shot the plate. Upon further boredom (doing nothing for 15 hours can be quite annoying) I got the idea of using the photos I shot to create a totally new scenery. The initial concept was a little different but I forgot it due to my lack of sleep and exams. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this one; it was a great pleasure to draw it. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
